Meal Timing & Why It Matters ⏳

Macro timing won’t make or break your results, but it can level them up.

🍠 Carbs = fuel your sessions
🥩 Protein = build & repair
🥑 Fats = support overall function

Place them with intent:
👉🏼 Fuel before
👉🏼 Support During
👉🏼 Recover After

Get your totals right first… then use timing to optimise 💪🏼

Next week we will be introducing Olympic Weightlifting to our class schedule 👊🏻

Building strength & power through the mechanics of the snatch, clean, and jerk - we will break down each component and improve technique across the board 🏋🏼‍♂️

These classes will consist of structured programming to compliment our conditioning classes throughout the week 💪🏼

First class starts Tuesday 26th May at 6:30pm

In prep for this month’s Hyrox Cardiff event we are holding a half(ish) simulation for our members to give you a glimpse of what it’s going to feel like on the day!

If you’re going Partners or Solo use this as a chance to figure out timings, work out the transitions and get a slight idea of how it’s going to feel overall on the day!

Open & Pro weight categories will be available on the day and heats will run from 10am onwards.
